You cannot buy Monero with fiat currency. You must buy another crypto and then you can exchange it. That means setting up a wallet in say Etherium or USDT on Cake and then buy that currency and then exchange to Monero.

When you provide your order details you will be given a wallet address and an agreed amount for medicine and postage and an order number. You should send them XMR and notate it by the order number.

If you received a package from us with the wrong contents, please take 2 photos of the package you received. The first photo showing the package as it came in, second photo showing the opened pack and contents. We will look into the issue with urgency and rectify and reship after all verifications have been completed. You will not be expected to return any package.

The way that we handle communication and shipment makes it safe to use any address, provided you have control over the mail to specified address. Even though we take extra measures to ensure the safety and confidentiality of all exchange with our clients, we generally advise that they open up PO Boxes for packages ordered from us, especially orders that may be compromising/sensitive.
